Tesla Wrap Studio ("we", "our", or "the Service") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our web application.

Account Information
Depending on your sign-in method (email or Google), we process:
- Name, email address and profile picture
- Account and sign-in provider identifiers
- Session information and a password hash for email/password accounts; not your plain-text password
Usage Data
We process usage and security information. Some records may be linked to your account or device; they are not necessarily anonymous.
- Pages, features and interactions used
- IP address, approximate country, browser, device and session information
- Referral or campaign information and language preference
User Content
We process uploaded images, design project data and generation inputs needed to provide the features you use. Publicly shared designs and images accessible by a shared link may be seen by others; do not upload confidential information or personal data you are not authorized to share.
3. How We Use Your Information
Provide account access, save designs, reconcile purchases, grant membership and credits, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. Where applicable, processing is based on performing our contract, legitimate interests such as security, legal obligations or consent.

4. Data Storage and Security
We use the following infrastructure for service data:
- Cloudflare D1 database for account and project metadata
- Cloudflare R2 storage for design images
We use access controls and signed payment notifications to reduce unauthorized access. No online storage or transmission is completely secure.
If a security incident involving personal information occurs, we will take steps to contain its impact and notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
5. Third-Party Services
Depending on the feature and configured services, data is processed by:
- Google — Account authentication when you choose these sign-in methods
- Waffo Pancake — Hosted checkout, billing details, payment processing, receipts, tax and refunds for Waffo purchases. We receive order identifiers, amounts, status and buyer email, not full card numbers or card security codes
- Cloudflare — Hosting, database, image storage and content delivery
- Resend — Account, service and newsletter email delivery
- PostHog / Google Analytics — Usage analytics when enabled; identifiers and events may be associated with a browser or account
- AI processing services — Inputs needed for requested generation, such as prompts and reference images. Do not include sensitive personal information
These providers may process data outside your country and have their own privacy terms. Payment providers may independently retain records required for tax, fraud prevention and other legal obligations. Contact us for information about applicable providers and safeguards.
6. Data Retention
Member design projects are saved permanently while Tesla Wrap Studio operates, unless you delete your account or request deletion. Account and support data are kept while needed to provide the Service, resolve requests and meet applicable obligations. You can delete your account in settings; contact us to request deletion of saved project data. Payment providers’ independent legal retention obligations may continue after account deletion.
7. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request the following through support@teslawrap.studio:
We will handle privacy requests promptly and normally respond within one month of receipt. If applicable law requires a shorter deadline, that deadline applies. If a lawful extension is necessary, we will explain the reason and expected response time before the original deadline.
- Access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data
- Restriction of or objection to certain processing
- Withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails and lodge a complaint with the relevant privacy authority
8. Cookies
Essential cookies support sign-in, security and preferences. Analytics services, when enabled, may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure usage. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but blocking essential cookies can affect sign-in. Contact us with privacy requests.
9. Minors' Privacy
The Service is for adults aged 18 or over who have reached the legal age of majority where they live. Minors may not use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact support@teslawrap.studio so we can investigate and remove improperly collected data.
