Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tesla Wrap Studio and purchases made through the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Tesla Wrap Studio is a web-based application that allows users to:

• Create Tesla wrap designs for Paint Shop
• Generate images using AI-powered tools
• Save and manage design projects in the cloud
• Export designs compatible with Tesla's Paint Shop feature

The Service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority where you live to use the Service. An account is required for member features and purchases. Use the sign-in methods offered on the site. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

AI generation is a member feature. Each successful generation produces one image and uses 1 credit; failed generations are not charged. Text-to-image and reference-image generation use the same rule. Credits never expire, and running out of credits does not affect other member features.

Bundles are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices exclude applicable taxes. The final amount payable is shown before payment.

For purchases made through Waffo Pancake, Waffo provides hosted checkout and acts as Merchant of Record. The currency, applicable taxes and final total are shown before payment. Our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights apply alongside the payment provider’s buyer terms.

After Waffo confirms payment, the bundle's credits and included lifetime membership benefits are granted to the account signed in at purchase. If payment succeeds but the benefits do not appear, contact support@teslawrap.studio with your order reference.

Lifetime membership requires no renewal and includes uploading and replacing your own images, unlimited cloud design projects with permanent saving, a VIP badge, a members-only community and access to AI generation. AI generation uses credits, which never expire; running out of credits does not affect other member benefits. Lifetime membership benefits remain valid while Tesla Wrap Studio operates. Yes. Basic editing tools such as colors, text, brushes and shapes, plus 3D previews and downloads of designs and preview images, are free. Custom image uploads, cloud saving and AI generation require membership.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

These rules apply to uploads, prompts, generated images and shared designs. You must have the necessary rights and consent. Report prohibited content or appeal a restriction to support@teslawrap.studio, including the relevant design link or order reference. We may remove prohibited content or restrict access for serious or repeated violations. Prohibited content and uses include:

• Pornography, sexually explicit content and NSFW sexual imagery
• Graphic violence, gore or content promoting serious harm
• Hate speech or content promoting discrimination or abuse of protected groups
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or exploitation of minors, including AI-generated material
• Deceptive deepfakes, identity impersonation or non-consensual intimate imagery
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including uploads or use of protected material without permission
• Illegal activity, malware, fraud or attempts to bypass security or content restrictions

Images generated using our AI tools are provided for personal use in creating vehicle wrap designs. You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content does not infringe on third-party rights. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from intellectual property claims.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Tesla Wrap Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may restrict offending content or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. You may ask for a review at support@teslawrap.studio. Refunds and the effect on purchased benefits are handled under the Refund Policy; a refund does not automatically delete your designs.

We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes on the Service or by email. Changes do not retrospectively remove the benefits of an existing purchase or mandatory legal rights.
